This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) explains what information Marquest Scientific, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects from you when you use www.marquestscientific.com (the “Site”). Access to, and use of, the Site is subject to Company’s Terms and Conditions of Use, and this Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of Company’s Terms and Conditions of Use. Your use of this Site constitutes your consent to the collection and use of your information by Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Any personal data (for example, your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) that you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise will be used by Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Any other communication or material you transmit to the Site, such as questions, comments, suggestions or the like, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.

1. WHAT INFORMATION IS GATHERED?

We may collect and retain information from you when you register on the Site, place an order for products or services, respond to communication such as e-mail, or participate in another Site feature. The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your buying experience on the Site. Here are the types of information we gather:

3. HOW DO WE RESPOND TO "DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS?

Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret web browser-based “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals other than cookies, we do not currently respond to, or provide visitors with a different Site experience based on, undefined “DNT” signals to the Site.

In some cases, these businesses operate stores that interact with the Site and/or make offerings to you on the Site. 5. CORRECTING/UPDATING CUSTOMER INFORMATION

6. DO WE USE “COOKIES”?

Yes. We use web tracking tools such as cookies and web beacons. A cookie is a small data file that certain websites write to your hard drive when you visit those pages. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. We use cookies to track user traffic patterns when you click on various links and promotions throughout the Site to help us understand your preferences and to offer better experiences and tools on the Site.

We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our Site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf, except to help us conduct and improve our business, unless the information is anonymous with no associated personally identifiable information.

We follow generally accepted industry security standards to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, correctly use your customer information, and process online business transactions. However, no commercial method of information transfer over the Internet or electronic data storage is known to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our Site. In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our Site. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Site and not to information collected offline.

It is important to note that the Site is operated in the United States. By using the Site and/or providing us with your customer information, you consent to this transfer.

12. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you may ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personal information that we share with our with third parties for marketing purposes and to refrain from sharing your personal information with certain of these entities for their marketing purposes.

We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Please allow 30 days for a response.

13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly intend to collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may send an email message info@marquestscientific.com with “Request for Child Information Removal” on the subject line and the name and age of the child in the body of the message. We will then make reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from the database that stores information for the Site.
